Started using the magic bullet and within two weeks all the tabs broke off the cups no matter what I tried. I was told there's no warranty on the cups. Bullet is now in the trash. Moral of story. Don't buy stuff made from plastic! Works great otherwise! Good luck.

I even have a new unopened MB in storage for future gifting. What I need is help acquiring a new motor for one of my MB's without having to purchase the whole 11 piece set. Can anyone help me find the web page for ordering replacement parts?

I have been using a magic bullet for over 10 years. The problem I have with every single magic bullet is they don't always work due to a loose wire in the cord. I have to manipulate the cord many times in order for it to work. Very frustrating especially when I'm in a hurry. I'm going to try the nutri bullet in the hopes that won't happen. Has anyone else had this issue???

I am a frequent bullet user. I absolutely love this product. My first bullet finally broke after a few years, so we recently replaced it. We really like the new features and all the extras that came with it! The only downside I have found is that the take away lids do not have a snug fit, causing liquids to leak from the sides. Other than that we are completely satisfied with our purchase.

Love this little appliance!  My Husband makes a morning smoothie and the blender took up SO much room and was such a pain to wash every day!  A friend commented that she uses hers for everything, so I bought one for my Husband for Christmas.  This was an excellent purchase.  So easy to clean, takes up so little space - and so many things you can do with it!  I had no idea you could crush nuts, grind coffee, shred cheese… the list goes on and on.  Love this little bullet!  Wishing now we had bought the Nutri Bullet because I can see we'll use ours every single day for one thing or another.

I bought this about 3 months ago. Ever since I bought it there has been a burning smell after seconds of use. I ignored this issue since it seemed to do the job quickly and did not affect the taste. However, in the last few weeks, it inconsistently works. Some days it will not start, or will start and then stop working. It stopped working again this morning and still has not resolved, so I find myself searching for a more reliable blender. I gave this product 2 star for that despite the burning smell, it did work good for a couple of months.

I bought my MB when they first came out and still have mine but the cups got miss placed when traveling or let some use one at the conference that I go too. Actually, I bought 3 (2 went to my college kids). Even went as far as making a tote to carry everything in. Got me a new one for back up since mine is an original one. Plus I needed new cups. Now I know I can order them here.

All Good Things Come to an END! MY last one! I've owned 4 in the past 12 years. My last one only "worked" for 6 weeks! Smelled STUNK like something was burning / rotten. All I even used for was Whipping Milk - made for coffee Drinks - NoT in anyway abused!!

How can you go wrong with this? Yes, it's a little noisy and isn't going to macerate a chicken....but if you just need something quick and easy to make a smoothie or blend something quickly, it couldn't be any easier. Extra fast clean up, too....the big blender is collecting dust!

I bought this in fall of 2009 while undergoing radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. It enabled me to get all the nutrition necessary and, to this day in 2016, I still use it daily for my healthy shakes and it still is my go to appliance. Yep, cancer free and I am still loving my magic bullet. Had to write this review because it continues to be my life saver!
