It may work better in Peanut Butter “only” baking like PB cookies, etc but in other recipes like waffles or pancakes it just didn’t measure up to our taste buds.

This is a great alternative to peanut butter. I use it quite often. It has a nice taste and you can mix different flavors in with this product - I mix it with almond milk. I add addl flavoring but the consistency is nice...with jam or toast.

I really like this product. I just add water to it and I have peanut butter. You do have to refrigerate any that you don't eat right away and it thickens up some in the ref so I make it thinner when I am making extra.
