I really like this product. I just add water to it and I have peanut butter. You do have to refrigerate any that you don't eat right away and it thickens up some in the ref so I make it thinner when I am making extra.

For me it was not sweet enough so I added some honey which made it good.It was very easy to mix and will keep overnight in the fridge(maybe longer).I like that is much lower in fat and etc.

This is a great tasting protein powder. I use it to put in my smoothies, desserts, and to give an extra peanut butter kick to my peanut butter cookies.
