I bought it as new but it appears to be a returned item. It is also a 2017 version and I thought it was a later version. It was supposed to read kindle format books but I couldn't get it to do that and it was slow. I have rest it and plan to return it. I have ordered the 10.4" later version to replace it. Also learned that Sansung has deleted ability to cast to another device. That was a sorry move.

Bought this just for gaming like clash of clans and clash royale. I didn't want to spend hundreds on a tablet that I only play at home in my free time after work so I saw this and it was on sale. I'm really enjoying it as it's replacing an outdated Samsung phone so the screen is big and crisp picture, battery life is good. I really like it.

I love that it's smaller & easier to hold and the price was fair. I don't like that within a week, the screen had a small crack that i didn't initially see until it was too late to return . I quickly applied a screen cover' and I'm extremely careful with it, but the crack now extends the entire length of the tablet. My bad tgat i didn't register it ASAP.

Purchased this for my granddaughter and she is quite happy with this tablet. My granddaughter's were fighting over my iPad so an additional tablet seemed necessary to keep the peace. This tablet is fast enough to enable game playing and watching videos. We have not tried loading any content for use when not connected to Wi-Fi,but the extra SD card can be used when that time arrives. Purchased on sale and comfortably ensconced in a child case, my hope it that it will last quite a few years!

I purchased this for a recent trip cross tcountry so that I can have the opportunity to watch movies off and on. Truthfully, I had thought to purchase a iPad but did not want to pay that much. Found this online and was extremely happy.This was perfect. Price was amazing. The size is awesome. I love everything about it. Great product.

This tablet has no smart view function and is not compatible with smart things. It's pretty ridiculous that a newer tablet would not have the same functions as an older tablet. You're supposed to improve things not make them worse. I wish I could return it.

So far i realy like it. It was easy to set up. It seems a little slow downloading.
