Samsung Galaxy Bluetooth Watch

I had high hopes for the Galaxy Watch but was very disappointed.  Some built-in apps don't work or don't work well.  Samsung Health is very unreliable....it refuses to count floors and step count is not accurate. These are known issues which Samsung apparently is not dealing with.  Suggest you stay with your FitBit for health tracking. Samsung Pay on the watch is unreliable (unlike Samsung Pay on my phone which is great).....it worked only once after some effort. Apps such as weather don't auto refresh and even won't manually refresh consistently...it took 2 days and multiple manual refresh requests before it got current.  Bing would open on voice command but would not recognize any voice command....wouldn't respond at all.  WiFi and Bluetooth connections had trouble refreshing even with manual requests.  I'm returning the watch.

Questionable value

I got one for my husband after he admired our son's watch. I was doubtful that he would wear it daily and charge it as needed. So far, so good!  Lots of nice features. He likes to answer his phone on it.
My only disappointment was that part of one of the two chargers were missing. I called Sam's club and they said call Samsung. I called Samsung and they said call Sam's.
Neither took responsibility. Very expensive to not get everything that was promised.
