I got one for my husband after he admired our son's watch. I was doubtful that he would wear it daily and charge it as needed. So far, so good!  Lots of nice features. He likes to answer his phone on it.
My only disappointment was that part of one of the two chargers were missing. I called Sam's club and they said call Samsung. I called Samsung and they said call Sam's.
Neither took responsibility. Very expensive to not get everything that was promised.

I am a former user of a Samsung Fit2.  This produce took over my needs and exceeds them.  It is a computer on the arm.  I am seldom far from my phone and so i only needed the Bluetooth connection. The watch is larger than my previous but has easily adapted to my wearing.  The one recommendation i have is that of offering a matching stainless steel expansion band.

This watch is replacing my Gear 2 (not Gear S2), which I had gotten on pre-order.  This watch does everything bigger and better with the single exception of not having a built-in camera.  It takes a while before you can make maximum use of its many features, and I continue to find new funcions regularly.

It even tells time!

I purchased this watch about a month ago. I am not a fitness freak but got it because during work my phone blows up with emails, texts, and calls it is so much easier to be able to look at my watch and see if it needs immediate attention or can wait until I am finished with what I am dealing with. Also my phone makes no noise so I do not have to remember to turn volumes off when in meetings. I sleep with it on to monitor my REM state and how effective my sleep was. It does do step counts and track activity.  I do not know why i waited so long before purchasing it. Connected to Galaxy S10+

I've been very impressed with this watch. Not only good for telling time, but EVERYTHING else! Automatically switches to count steps and calculate distance when I walk, etc. Natural extension for answering calls and texts.

Best Watch I've Ever Owned!

So far in the time I had this the “gorilla glass” has come in handy quite a few times. The watch comes with a wireless charging dock, so you don't have to get one separate. The watch face and apps can be easily downloaded from your phone. It connects to your device via Bluetooth. The watch uses your mobile data from that device, but is able to connect WiFi if it's not connected to Bluetooth. This is water resistant not water proof, so you can go swimming with it on (provided that water mode is turned on), but you just can't leave it in a bucket of water. Other features that I found useful are the heart beat tracker, stress calculator, step tracker, and the bezel dial (It's movable dial around the screen that can be turned to scroll up and down pages). It's also worth noting that this is touch screen.

Ps. There are too many features to list, so the ones listed above are a few among the many others.

Great product

Wonderful device. My hearing isn't so great anymore, so the vibration on my wrist for an incoming call is welcomed. But that's not all - this watch is simply perfect. I love the large size, the bezel and the overall look. It's vintage in style and I love that. I bought a set of bumpers to protect all the way around and a bezel ring that has nice slightly raised knobs to make the bezel easier to turn while the bumper is on. You can't even tell I have a bumper on! I am in the process of buying more of the thinner leather bands for it, too, because those are the most comfortable for me. The watch works smoothly and accurately and the choices for personalized apps and watch faces make choosing fun. I originally wanted the LTE version, but the price on this one was absolutely stunning ($90 cheaper than anywhere else) that I bought it and haven't regretted the decision.

Best gift to myself

I got this watch to replace my Garmin. The watch looks great, is not too heavy, and works well with my Samsung phone. The battery stays charged for about 2 days.

Great watch, great price

Coming from Garmin smart watch... SamSung watch does not display satellite map. One must export data then view it in google. Meanwhile, with a 4 years old garmin watch, I already have access to satellite view long time ago. Come on Samsung, please add this feature in your app. Other features like find my car, track breadcrumbs, sky map...etc my old garmin has them

I had high hopes for the Galaxy Watch but was very disappointed.  Some built-in apps don't work or don't work well.  Samsung Health is very unreliable....it refuses to count floors and step count is not accurate. These are known issues which Samsung apparently is not dealing with.  Suggest you stay with your FitBit for health tracking. Samsung Pay on the watch is unreliable (unlike Samsung Pay on my phone which is great).....it worked only once after some effort. Apps such as weather don't auto refresh and even won't manually refresh consistently...it took 2 days and multiple manual refresh requests before it got current.  Bing would open on voice command but would not recognize any voice command....wouldn't respond at all.  WiFi and Bluetooth connections had trouble refreshing even with manual requests.  I'm returning the watch.
