Samsung smart watch paired with my cell Samsung note 9 is amazing, I'm set to exercise and won't miss any of my appointments with this duo at my disposal.

I like how easy it was to attach to my phone, and how easy the device was to learn. I don't like that when i get more than about 15-20 feet from my phone it automatically disconnects, and it does not automatically reconnect.

Had a hard time finding this instore so I ordered it online instead. It has a very large band for thise with big wrists. Yes there are many more watch faces for this watch, as it is a digital display.

Sam's club delivered my package the next day thats the best service I've seen anywhere. They took their time packaging my Samsung galaxy Bluetooth watch to make sure there was no damage.

Bought this and it worked great. 6 months later the battery is overheating and the watch has become sluggish, Can't even turn it off. Tried to contact samsung but they don't have an option for watches in their menu so I can't talk to anyone to get it fixed.

This is my first smart watch besides the flea market $20.00 junk that went straight for the trash. This watch is amazing, everywhere I go people brag and question me about it, mine I can make and receive phone calls and texts, my only issue is the battery life, I feel it's not as long lasting as they promise, but I am still getting use to this watch and its features, and of course anything you bluetooth and use as much as I do mine will go dead quicker. If you are in the market for a smart watch, I guarantee this is the one for you, I was so optimistic about making this costly purchase, but now I'm so happy I bought it.

I bought this watch in March 2021 and it's now July. The watch was working fine all while I was at work but then It completely went dead on me. I make sure that it stay charged and it never get wet. Don't know what happen and don't know how to get it fixed.

I'm always amazed when I read a review that is the polar opposite of my experience on every level. I have had every smartwatch samsung has made. This is the pinnacle and it has even taken the place of my phone itself at times since I have the version that is itself a cell phone. The watch does everything well. Yes there are apps in the app store that dont work so great. That is the case with apps regardless of being on a watch or a phone. That's not a watch problem. There us no need for a Fitbit or another health device if you have this watch, it does everything but take your BP and blood sugar. I use it extensively for hiking all over the US. It's as accurate as any device you could own and has full map a GPS functions just like a phone. Payment is fantastic and I use it almost exclusively unless there is an app only on the phone like scan and go. I have not used cash or a physical card to buy anything in over a year. All with the watch or the phone. Samsung will work on any type of card reader old or new something apple can not do. I'm frequently told we dont have apple pay when I start to use it and people are always surprised when it works. Then I tell them its not apple and they seem surprised to know there is something else. I can jump in a kayak with no wallet or phone and still have the watch to power music,make calls, text and not worry about water or losing anything. All I can say is you will love it if you have never had it.if yiu have a gear s3 then you already have 95% of what this does so the upgrade makes sense only if you need the few new features. It works extremely well and does everything I can think of I need it to do.

Got this to replace an old Verizon Wear 24 which was uncomfortable and only lasted about 36 hours. This Samsung is much more comfortable, has great battery life, and is easier to use. It doesn't have as many apps available, but has some better features, like the camera remote. I bought this for 70 bucks direct from Samsung with a recent promotion. Great upgrade from my old smart watch!

It would be nice if the band was longer. Otherwise i love it.
