Pros: - This watch is a very good looking one. - Works seamlessly with iPhone. - You can track your run or jogging only with the watch on. No phone needed. It will store data locally and sync while connected. - On average battery life is 2 days. - Music can be controlled from watch. - There are many watch faces. Some of them even comes with moon phase, which I love. - Very good sleep tracker and heart rate monitor. Above were my concerns before buying this watch. It fulfils all of the above needs. Cons: - Altitude meter is not close to perfect. - Hard to find quality free apps and watch faces.

Unfortunately, most local companies did not have this watch or the sport on display. I ordered this with out trying it on and it was too big for my wrist (mind you I do not have small wrists). I am in the process of trying to return it and get the sport which is smaller.

Love this smartwatch. Came from Moto 360. Will never go back. But it is expensive and lacking apps.. Tizen os is good. Just need more apps!!! The preloaded samsung apps work great and it works great with my note 5. Hoping as time goes by tizen environment will mature and more apps will be added Oh and it looks great

I have had many different smartwatches ranging from the original pebble to the pebble time, samsung gear, gear s2, and now finally the gear s3. I love this watch more than all the others I have had. I wanted the Gear s2 to have a speaker and I didn't want the 3g version. With this new frontier they added a larger battery and I have been able to get 4 days with the always on set to off, and brightness set to about 5 or so. This is a huge jump from the s2. Also the fact that you can now take calls on the watch when your phone is out of reach is super convenient. People that I talk to on it say they can hear me just as good as when I am using my phone. I love this watch and would recommend it to anybody looking to get a smart watch. The only negative is that I no longer want to wear all my other high class watches. haha

Great product if only it wasn't defective. I bought 2 of these for my sons. One worked great, as described and we're happy with it. The other has a dark spot on the display from water damage. They are out of stock everywhere so we contacted Samsung only to find out the serial number was already registered and the warranty is no longer valid and it was refurbished almost a year ago. Unbelievable. If you're going to sell refurbished crap without warranties don't you think the consumer should know? No longer a fan of Walmart.

To say I've been impressed is a huge understatement ! I've previously had the original Gear Fit which was a useful fitness tool with basic notifications but the S 3 takes everything to a whole new level ! Not only does the watch look absolutely amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gear S3 Frontier: Its pretty good so far - I've had it 2 weeks. I'm also wearing my fitness tracker concurrently to see how they match up. There is a BIG steps discrepancy and the calories are way off too. My tendency is to believe the other is closer. However, the good stuff - SOLID - very well made, Awesome Bezel control. Apps are good, better mapping would be good, and sure this will come soon. Quality Screen. I suspect software updates and more apps will continue to improve this offering until it's a Top 3 smartwatch.....But, If you after it for fitness tracking, then I'd probably look for a standalone fitness tracker. Not suitable to go swimming - if you need it for this look elsewhere. Stairs need to be walked up slowly or it misses out flights - I usually run up them

This watch far exceeded my expectation. Lots of features, so many ive not used a lot of them yet. I only charge it every 4 days! Nice size on my wrist and it screams out quality watch! Had mine since release date and now no stock anywhere for xmas! Worth every £££.

Happy with purchase except the wristband is too small. comes with a small strap and a large strap- the large one is still too small. been trying to locate a extra large strap- good luck with that. calling samsung direct tomorrow to see if they even have one available for purchase

I had it for a year and its very useful especially when ur multitasking. u don't have to keep your phone on person everywhere you go like around the house or at work because you have your watch with you just in case you have any calls and text messages or notifications on social media because u can reply with ur watch. But I highly recommend you swap out your watch band for something that's not plastic because I have a rash on my wrist for wearing it.
