My fitness tracker decided to stop working just in time to catch the sale at Sam's club on the Samsung S3. I've been contemplating getting one for a number of years bit could t justify it since my fitness tracker was still in good shape. I got this watch because my Neo 2 just flat out wasnt worth fixing. It is a heavier watch so it took a little to get used to it I do recommend buying a screen protector even though it is a very great watch you can never have enough protection for your devices.

I bought the watch because the software was the same as its cousin the samsung 3 Classic. The classic with tax and two year warranty was over $400. This was just over $200 with a 3 year warranty. The warranty was important as the classic lasted just over two years and Samsung wanted over $300 to repair it. I liked the S3 and had hoped it would last longer.

Nice watch, poor battery life

Nice watch, lots of watch faces, easy to customize. Lots of features like step counting, heart rate, sleep monitoring, etc. The battery lasts about a day and a half, which is much less than I expected. I gave up on the sleep monitoring, instad put it in the charger overnight.

Nice watch, but...

The watch itself is good, but the strap is made of some cheap material, that bites into the skin. The watch also can't communicate directly via bluetooth with Strava. It also has no continuous HR monitoring during exercise mode. Samsung health itself does not communicate with Strava either. The HR monitoring is nothing more than a vanity item, which shows the heart rate when requested via the app! What good is it if it can't automatically monitor when you exercise?Love the Amaze Fit Bip. Does everything this watch does and a whole lot more for $69. I returned the watch.
