Proctoligist recommended this. Since i started using i have had NO issues. Getting 20 gms fiber a day is much easier with benefiber.

This particular lot of benefiber has a very odd smell and taste; almost minty. I normally would give this product 5 stars.

I maintain a low carb diet and this product works really well. I take a slightly larger amount once daily in the AM (2 heaping teaspoons)in my coffee and my digestive tract maintains my digestive health from the added fober.

No taste or texture. Gently relaxes bowels. Very good product.

I tried other products like this but I think Benefiber works better.
