I didn't think I'd use one, but found all kinds of ways to use the mixer other than baking. First thing I made was shredded chicken. Then refrigerator pickles and the hamburger buns. I'm liking the YouTube videos for inspiration.

Kitchen Aid is replacing it but it's back ordered 4-6 weeks. Not excited about how this looks considering the price and whether the product will last.

The color was a bonus because I've never seen it in store before. It is so much more powerful and works like a dream. I can't wait to get some of the more powerful attachments that would have burnt up my smaller mixer.

It does take some getting used to the new bowl locking mechanism but it is better than the twist on because the twist on was very difficult to remove sometimes. Very happy so far and hope this lasts me another 20years.

Being able to walk away to do other things while the mixer is doing its job saves so much time. Now I want to buy all the accessories. I regret not buying years ago!!

I've made several cheesecakes and homemade breads. Shredding chicken with the paddle is great! Very sturdy - Handles kneading dough very well. I bought the silver. It looks great on the counter! I'm very happy!

I make more stuff now that I have this. It's easier to use this in certain applications, such as ones requiring a long mixing time, than it is to use a handheld mixer.

The different attachments that it comes with have all been great and work well.
