I love my new Kitchenaid mixer! I have wanted one for a long time, and took advantage of the sale that you had! There is only one thing that is puzzling me, the ad said it came with a $50.00 rebate and I haven't yet gotten any info on how to retrieve it!

I got this mixer two months ago. I've only used it a handful of times, as the process is an ongoing challenge. No matter what I've tried, I cannot get the mixer to combine the ingredients. The bowl allowance is such that an entire stick of butter can sit at the bottom of the bowl and the beater barely grazes it. I have tried multiple combinations with the provided bowls and beaters but the only way I can get the ingredients mixed is by holding the bowl in my hand and holding it under the moving beater. Not really a safe option and I sure don't want the kids to help if this is the way its going to be. I adjusted the screw that is supposed to raise or lower the bowl height slightly but this did not make enough of a difference. I would really like to return this to Sam's (90 minute drive away) however I did not keep the box it came in and am concerned they won't accept it because of this. Its really no good to me the way it is and for the price of it, I really didn't expect to have such trouble getting the mixer to mix.

After four moves around the country, it was finally starting to leak oil, but otherwise worked fine. This new mixer is a little upgrade, but I love the dependability and features. Can't wait to really start baking with it!

I bought this on black Friday (Day after Thanksgiving). Got here pretty quick. Bought it to make bread. I make about 10 loaves a week and this really has been helpful. Also used it to make Christmas cookies about 5 times. I feel it is definitely been worth the value ($200). I would usually bye a cheap hand mixer at least once a year, but when I started making bread with the hand mixers cheap bread hook ..it broke after 4 batches. ..so I thought I needed something that would last. My friend recommended this brand because she has had hers for 20 yes and it works great. I hope that is the case with mine also.

I have wanted one of these for years and have looked at KitchenAid stand mixers from several different vendors, and this is definitely the best deal. I love that it is the heavy duty model. Worked great and really helped make Christmas dinner easier to make!

Was using my sister in law's for a couple years then she moved. I could not be without the wonderful mixer so I bought my own for Christmas. Made many cookies and cakes since then. This mixer makes quick and easy work of baking. I am lookimg forward to trying some of the other attachments. Pasta making sounds fun. This model is a little large and heavy, but I have no doubt it will last for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I leave this guy on my counter and I use this every day!! Shredding chicken , mixing up meatballs or potatoes, cookies, bread. There's usually something I end up mixing. It's powerful, easy to clean and extremely versatile.

Quality construction and design. It has worked well for brownies and cake mixes. It also performs very well for mixing spices into ground meat for making jerky. I have a 7-Up biscuit recipe that is very moist and this mixer didn't perform well for this. I tried 2 different mixing attachments. It is faster and easier to mix it by hand. Overall it is a great mixer and I would make the purchase again.

We immediately searched prices for KitchenAid because of the positive comments I heard from family and friends. When I settled on the model and the price we agreed upon, we made the drive to buy ours. It has been helpful and used a lot since our purchase. My favorite points are:1. the ease of insertion and the stability of the beater AND 2. the quiet hum of the motor. This mixer has power and does not struggle with its task.
