I have been wanting a stand mixer for a while but couldn't justify the price until Sam's Black Friday deal plus an additional rebate from Kitchenaid. I purchase the Copper one and I love it!! The color is awesome! Plus it has a little retro feel to it. I used it for the first time today and it works like a gem!! I can't wait to use it again!

I love Kitchen aid. But this mixer was the worse. I wanted to upgrade my 20yr old kitchen aid mixer. This mixer sounded like a jet engine at first I said oh it's new it'll get better. Wrong it got worse. I had to return it I just couldn't take the noise. I usually can talk on the phone when using old mixer but not this mixer. I'm so glad I didn't give away my old mixer. Also the Noel is to short my batter was flying out while mixing. It was on a medium speed.

Have used this mixer twice so far, and am very pleased with its performance. Based my usage, I am not sure I will need to use any of the higher speeds, as the lower were very good. Plan to possibly add an attachment or two in the future, but my only concern is the lack of local availability of replacement beater attachments if necessary.

Beautifully engineered and designed. Knowledgeable customer service employees. One issue: Do you want an extra mixing bowl? For my machine, the cost is $60! That's 25% of the base cost- ouch! And the bowl is custom designed so that limits your options.

Both of my teenagers enjoy using it since they are used to My mother in laws kitchen aid. So far I have only made cookies. Seems like the dough doesn't mix as consistently as I'm used to with a food processor. I wish all of the attachments were dishwasher safe. Seems a bit disfunctional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago and just recently used it to make dozens and dozens and dozens of Christmas Cookies. I have a smaller model that works great too, however, it seemed to strain under the double batched cookie dough mixing. I filled the 5 quart bowl several times with dough and it mixed like a champ. Made my icing whisper soft and fluffy. I love the ease of moving the bowl up and down, even with it full of dough. I did learn that it was best to put on the attachment you want to use first before filling the bowl, otherwise your ingredients may be in the way of properly getting it in the bowl to attach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a KitchenAid mixer for 20 years and it was still working fine but my husband bought me a larger one 5quart mixer from KitchenAid for my anniversary since I bake everyday now. Wow-I can't believe how wonderful this gift is! It is a must for bread making! With no effort at all this mixer really works well for the task-and I haven't even had it higher than speed 2! I can't imagine how much power this mixer has at even higher speeds! It's the best appliance I've ever owned hands down! No complaints at all! You will not be sorry with this purchase and I'd give it a 10 out of 10!

Its been one of my dreams to have one of these mixers, it was such deal I couldn't help myself. Its so sturdy and so heavy, so it doesn't shake when making bread. I can already tell its gonna last for a while. The shipping was also pretty fast, and the box didn't come damaged.

The ease of use and ability to walk away from to to tend to other parts of my desserts is wonderful as I was using a hand mixer before and could not do that! I LOVE Kitchenaid!

The mixer it shelf was shaking and rocking back and forth on my flat counter. It was super loud and whinny. I personally loved the color but told my husband I hated the mixer and wanted to go back to my old one and would keep looking.
