[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my wifes' birthday as an upgrade to her current one. Gives her more power and she always liked the bowl lift feature. We gave her old mixer to our daughter in law who did not even have one at that time... Keeping it in the family :). Only thing we thought it should have included was the tilt back motor head like her old mixed had. We think this would make it easier and less messy removing the bowl and beater attachements. Other than that ... I think she likes it !!! I'm back on the good side.

Was disappointed that I had to adjust the bowl height - never experienced this previously. Had the adjustment not been to the maximum possible, I would have tried to adjust a bit more. The bowl is a bit difficult to snap into place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I bought the Professional Heavy Duty Series around two months ago. Even though I wasn't sure to buy it, you know the price, really need it?, but after to buy it, I' m sorry I did not buy it before.

On Thanksgiving day, we ordered this product from the local Sam's Club newspaper ad insert. I'd never seen a lower price anywhere for this powerful of a stand mixer. It was to replace a 37 year-old Sunbeam light duty stand mixer. It arrived 4 days later in good shape. Right away my wife tested it to see if it could knead bread dough. It did a great job, plenty of power. She's already bought a meat grinder attachment and loves it, too. We highly recommend this product and Sam's Club for the speed of getting it to us.

Have wanted one for years. Liked the lift style and couldn't pass up on the price. Played with several recipes. Orange rolls, sub rolls, French bread, cinnamon raisin bread, garlic knots and other things. Couldn't be happier with the operation. Looking forward to large batches of cookies. Great mixer.

This is the best mixer on the market. It will mix the smallest to the largest recipe with ease. With additional attachments you can make pasta, ice cream, grind meat and so many other things. This mixer is awesome. I have one in black and have used it for three years and I bought this one for my daughter and she loves it.

Ordered prior to Christmas to make favorite Polish recipes. Made several recipes with this mixer and it performed exceptional making the wear and tear of my hand mixing a thing of the past. Taught my 18 year old granddaughter who mastered operation in one use. Not having the tilt head ability is not a hinderance to effective use of this product.
