I love this so much, it is one of my dream to have atleast 1 item from KitchenAid and with the help of my sister, my dream has come true. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked the 5 quart wide bowl scorpion stand mixer! waited a long time to buy this stand mixer, checked prices everywhere,all them were vary close in cost so i got this one! That said i open the box it came in and fell in love with this kitchenaid mixer. First was peanut butter cookies! done with ease. Then was pizza dough, fantastic! The sound of this mixer is quiet, less then the sounds of a blender makes. Easy clean up, easy storage.locks in place when in use, it don't bounce when mixing. You buy this mixer and i know you will make space on your counter top just like i did! Don't know how i got along without this stand mixer. Good job kitchenaid!

I've used it to make several dishes and really enjoy the convenience of letting the machine mix the items instead of using a hand mixer. Also not having to turn it off to add an ingredient. I am 66 years young and do not have a problem with attaching the bowl or beater, as I've read in other reviews.

Although, I had one many years ago not same style but I do not recall it being SO loud on the first and second speed ! Even louder than the higher speeds. Also one down fall is the attachments all three included scrub the bottom of the bowl ( not the sides ).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this mixer to replace a 20+ year old Kitchen Aid mixer. This mixer is perfect for my baking and cooking needs. The lower speeds mix quietly and completely. I like the smaller second bowl that came with the mixer. Occasionally I need to mix something while the large bowl is in use. I was amazed to find all the accessories I could buy to use with the mixer.

Disappointed that the mixer is louder than my smaller kitchen aid and often spills contents onto the counter tops. Maybe a learning curve on my end but put a damper on my holiday baking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kitchen is complete now that I have my black and chrome Kitchen Aid stand mixer. Got it must in time to make all my Christmas goodies. Love the feature with the two bowls/beaters. When making mty sponge cake, have to whip the egg whites first. Now I don't have to waste time with running and washing the bowl right away.
