[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the same kitchen aid for 30 years, I upgraded to this one and was amazed at how much power it had and how much larger it was than my previous one. I have a little trouble with it not mixing well with the Indention in the bottom of the bowl. Everything else is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a stand mixer for Christmas and I am in love. I make a lot of different things, cookies every week. I didn't know how badly I needed this stand mixer. Mine is the pro 5 Quart lift bowl. Makes my weekly, sometimes twice a week, side job so much easier. I can make 2 batches at one time and that cuts my time down. My next purchase need is the pour lid so I don't lose flour. I will probably be getting a few of the other attachments too. I love trying new recipes with my new mixer . Thank you for making an amazing machine.

I have used it only a few times, but enough to know it's great. I was having a hard time adjusting the beater/bowl ratio, but my husband figured it out. It makes some awesome cookie dough and sausage balls, and I love it comes with such a big bowl, and also a smaller bowl.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Kitchenaid Mixed for 20 years now. My first mixer ended it's life after 19 years when a gear lost a tooth! I think the bread I was kneading was too stiff. Anyway, I recently replaced it with the 5 qt model. I love it. It can handle whatever I try to mix in it, is is versatile, convenient and a work horse. I was surprised that the bowls were of a much lighter stainless steel than my original, though it looks like they will hold up well, and the 6 qt bowl fits on the new mixer. I have used many of the attachments with great success. The ice cream maker is a breeze, the grinder attachment works well. However, and this is the only thing that prevented a 5 star review, the sausage stuffing attachment has made me want to throw the whole thing out of a window. The worm gear in the grinder does not do a good job with ground meat. Other than that this is one of my most used small appliances, if it dies in 20 years, I will replace it again.

I usually mix everything by hand (which is as exhausting as it sounds), and I've always watched baking shows and videos where they used mixers and was always so jealous. Finally for Christmas my family surprised me with this beautiful mixer! I made bread in a mixer for the FIRST TIME over the holidays and my arms were very thankful. It's so easy to use, and fits perfectly in my kitchen. Such a wonderful gift that I'll always be grateful to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it expect the bowl isn't sturdy and occasionally pops off while mixing - seems like it's slightly off balance? Not sure …the attachments seem to get in the way of the bowl and cause it pop off the small buttons the bowl sits on top of.

The only thing that I don't care for is taking the beater off, I find it doesn't come off as smooth as the tilt head mixer but other than that I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used it for Christmas baking. This is my first stand mixer and I need to get used to using it. This model has 2 sizes of bowls. I will be purchasing the flex edge beater blade. It is a lot easier than holding a mixer.
