This attachment makes for opening a whole new way of recipe ideas. Can slice up wraps for sandwiches, vegetable sushi, decorative garnishing, etc. The kids also love a new way of eating fruits and vegetables, makes it more interesting. Lastly, it is SOOO easy to clean unlike other kitchen gadgets. Again, HIGHLY recommend this great product.

Now I start to make veggie wraps, and veggie lasagna. Very easy to set up, quick to use, and easy to clean.

I have to confess it too me a few tries to figure out how to operate the attachment and I didn't locate very clear instructions. Once I had it working it made awesome sheets of apple. Next I tried zucchini and it came out great. I'm looking forward to making lasagna with veggie sheets. I would love to have more recipes for this attachment.

We made vegetable lasaña with it. 100% keto, no pasta and it tasted amazing. you need to find big as vegetables to work this, I would really like to make the holding core smaller so you can use more of the vegetable but it is still an awesome product and I can't wait to do apple pie with sheet apples instead of slices

Seemed like a good idea but it’s just terrible. The assembly is cumbersome and the yield is so poor. There is a lot of wastage. You have to try and get the best shaped and sized vegetable to get a decent result. Wouldn’t bother with this as the yield is poor. Using the traditional mandolins is much easier and gives more consistent results.

It’s easy to clean up, too. First recipe I made used zucchini sheets/ribbons for a veg lasagna that even my veg-aversive partner thoroughly enjoyed. This has been a great addition to my KitchenAid tools.

We made zucchini lasagna right after set up and it was wonderful. Once thing we noticed is it sheets better if the vegetables are cold instead of room temperature.
