The instructions were easy to follow and only took a few minutes to master!! It will make it so much easier to make flowers out of zucchini for decorations!!! Would definitely recommend to a friend!!

I got this as a gift. I didn't own a Kitchenaid mixer so I bought one just to use this sheet cutter. What a huge disappointment! Made a mess out of the zucchini and didn't cut anything just left a giant hole in the middle of the squash. Don't waste your money on this piece of garbage.

Got it for my birthday last week Tried it out for appetizers for Christmas. Got perfect sheets. I do recommend using the small end of cucumbers toward the mixer. It is firmer. Did 2 cucumbers that were large enough I had to cut in half. I made the mistake of using the wrong end on the 4th half and had the experience I read on here where the cucumber stopped turning and it dug a hole in the center of the cucumber. I realize now it was my fault there as that is where the seeds are making the holder not really have anything to hold onto. Otherwise for first try I was very happy.

I made chicken enchiladas and use potato slices cut and rolled up with the chicken salsa verde. It was the best ever. I've made cucumber sandwich rolls, sweet potato chips. Everything a snap to use. This attachment makes for opening a whole new way of recipe ideas.
