So I purchased the vegetable sheet cutter hopeful it would help with creating substitutions for the food I love. Boy did it ever! I’ve only owned it for a little over a week and have used it 3 times already. From butternut lasagna noodles to yellow squash enchilada wraps, it works amazingly! Used along with our spiralizer we bought last year, I think I can do without pasta for good!

I made chicken enchiladas and use potato slices cut and rolled up with the chicken salsa verde. It was the best ever. I've made cucumber sandwich rolls, sweet potato chips. Everything a snap to use. Clean up so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool could be really great for people on low carb or keto diets. At first is was difficult to use but then as I got use to it, the cutter worked really well. This was a great way to make low carb wraps, pasta, and even veggie chips.

No longer than 5 inch veggies fit on sheeter, must be straight veggies and they should be very fat for any kind of a nice sheet. The core that is left after the sheet is cut is approximately 1.25 inches in diameter and 5 inches in length - a big chunk of waste (maybe use in salad or stir fry). If your veggie isn’t very straight when you bought it then you won’t get long, nicely formed sheets. They’ll come out in pieces or with gaps or cutouts in them. My best results came with a cucumber, but still too much waste for my liking. All in all, good idea, lack luster results.

My kids love the fact that it is thin enough to wrap up in sandwiches. It is the perfect add on to my standup mixer. Easy to attach and clean up is a breeze.

Can't believe I lived without this mixer for so long! As an avid baker, this product is a game changer. The accessories work wonders and its very easy to clean. Not to mention how beautiful it looks on your counter. It will make your kitchen look extremely sophisticated and will impress all the guests you bring. Overall, a great buy. I saw this advertised online and was mesmorized at what it did. I rewatched the video and told my husband check this out, I want one! Next day it arrived and I was slicing everything just to watch it. So the weekend came and usually do all my meal prep in the weekends and my first thing I did was and apple, filo dought layered dessert that was a hit! Then I sliced up a bunch of zucchini's and made spinach artichoke manicotti using zucchini for the shells. I was giving everyone a taste of it and everyone that tried it wanted the recipe. I just put a zucchini lasagna in the over. I cant wait to try more. The husband want turnips next. Only negative it width capability, but If you cut the zucchini in half it makes the perfect width for lasagna like noodles!

It attaches to a Kitchen Aid Mixer with the purpose of slicing vegetables for use as wraps,sandwiches and sheets of veggies. We use this for many different types of neat ideas.

Tried today for the first time. Went through two zucchini and nothing but mush. Both were too long so I had to cut them in half. That’s four pieces that did not work. The cutter just turned inside the zucchini and created mush. The blade NEVER cut any zucchini. The main reason I bought this was for zucchini lasagna. Not interested in other vegetables. I will return this for sure. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN KITCHEN AID.
