[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far one of the most useful and frequently used, small appliance in my kitchen, next to my hand blender! After my 20 year-old+ Mini-Food Chopper stopped functioning, I resorted to either hand-chopping ingredients or dragging out the large food processor for chopping large amounts. After the most recent holiday cooking spree, I realized just how useful and efficient these appliances are — perfect for a multitude of chopping, mincing, puréing and grinding (nuts, some hard cheeses, etc.). It's a really great tool for someone who likes cooking from “scratch” but short on time.

I love having a small food chopper so I don't need to bust out my massive, heavy 9-cup food processor. I find this one is great for when I need to crush or break down nuts, cookies, or even grind up some coffee beans! It works much better than the other chopper I had before, and I don't need to constantly open it and move things around for it to finish chopping everything up as I need it to.

The entire machine is plastic. Nothing lasts, made of plastic and with all the interlocking plastic pieces, it just a matter of time before the frail plastic breaks rendering this chopper to the trash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an overall good product. My only complaint is that it's difficult to match up the pieces to have them properly close. Most times I have to take it apart and match them up at least twice to properly close it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We own a larger size but this works great for quick sauces, baby food purée or chopped anything. It's simple to clean and we're so upset we didn't buy it soon. I can't wait to try pesto next or another sauce.
