We've had the chopper for a while and really love it. It's very easy to use and really handy during the holidays. I love all my KItchenAid products.

Powerful and Compact

I bought this to replace an older more cumbersome piece of kitchen equipment and wow has it performed! One of my favorite tools to use.

I got the thing and It doesn't work I've tried everything I've locked the lid in the proper place push the buttons hard as I could nothing it's junk

Junk

Bought 2 one for the cottage. One did not work had to return it. Chops okay but the start /stop access on the handle is inconvenient and requires too much fiddling around. Look is fine. Slider is annoying to change from chop to mince. Wasn't the least expensive product but not the most either. Overall disappointed. I did keep the working one

I could not get it to come on. No matter how I twisted the top it was too stiff for me to operate at all. Finally got hubs involved and he was eventually able to get it in the right position...he doesn't know how he did it...and I was able to use it. That is the only time to use it. I have my blender out. It worked great once I got to use it...unfortunately, by then, my dinner was a bit over done! Practice before you need to use it!
