It was too complicated with all the twisting and lining up and I spent more time just trying to get it to work. I had to call on my husband each time and he even had difficulty. I bought a ninja chopper instead, so great and easy!

From processing nuts for pie crust, making guacamole, chopping veggies for frozen smoothie packs, and making chia seed pudding, this little beast really meets all my cooking needs. I love it! I wish I had found this little wonder sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own several Kitchen Aid appliances, but was terribly disappointed with this item. One of the plastic catches that connect the container to the base broke after one use. Expected better quality from Kitchen Aid.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In just over a year, a small plastic piece snapped off the inner part of the lid so now it won't start (it has a built in press button on the lid). I am really disappointed that a part this small (barely the size of an eraser head) would be so loosely attached and made of cheap plastic. We did not use this product often enough to even warrant basic wear and tear. The quality of this product is low.

I've owned two small processors over the years, but neither was as effective and easy to use as this KitchenAid. The size is perfect, for Pesto, other fresh herbs, garlic, peppers, tomatoes, and onions. Sauces are so easy--orange curry sauce, mushroom Basil, Satay sauce. Best purchase ever.

Not only is it fast, but it's precise and doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Definitely recommend purchasing.

This is the perfect size for my needs. Had a different brand for many years. Used it for the first time for Tday recipe. Now cannot remove the blade from the container or the container from the base. It is unmovable. Even my 30 yr old 6ft 5in strong son could not budge it. I am hoping it is a defective unit but I can't even clean it to return it. Won't buy another...one just in case.

I have had the Kitchen Aid for a few months . Maybe used it 5 or 6 times and now it no longer turns on. I double and triple checked it was assembled properly. Made sure to try it on different electrical sockets and still nothing. Extremely Dissapointed in this purchase. I also can not get anyone on the phone through customer service.
