[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two weeks after receiving, and finally unboxing my handy chopper only to prepare all my vegetables to prep the appliance worked for roughly 40 seconds. I tried endlessly to restart the machine only having to remove everything and cut them by hand. Therefore, the chopper was returned. I was very disappointed because I did extensive research and believed I was making an excellent choice with Kitchen Aid. I will continue to search for a replacement.

This machine allows me to shred onion or spinach carrots and celery into soup bases and tomato sauces. Shhh! Don't tell .. It's quiet enough and fits enough every time.

The size is perfect for even larger meal preparation. It fits perfectly on both the countertop without the cord being in the way as it wraps around the chopper or stored away under the sink. It chops and purées quickly and with ease. It's easy to clean, separate from the base and put back together for use. It works great for making dressings or marinades and has a drizzle opening at the top of the lid. It remains sturdy while chopping and with a slight tap of the button, you can chop, purée, and mix with ease.

Most of our meals include several veggies and being able to throw them all in together and literally push a button and they are all diced within seconds makes it so easy. I am definitely a huge fan of convenience & this is exactly that. It also makes baking with pecans/almonds, etc. a lot easier. The size is perfect to store & it's not super complicated to clean the entire thing. Definitely a new staple in our kitchen!

I made hummus and it worked beautifully. Easier to clean than my bigger machine. It has 2 speeds and a pulse button.
