[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food chopper 3.5 cup is amazing and powerful. I have never had an electric food chopper and wow it blew me away. It's easy to clean and super easy to use. I like that it's small but can still yield 3.5 cups. It chopped up nuts with ease. I have not tried the purée function because I don't usually use recipes that require that. I like the extra features- a drizzle basin and it has a cord storage. The handle is also convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A compact unit, it does a thorough job, and is easy to clean - which is why I wanted a new chopper. I was using a machine in which the blade was integral to the base to chop chicken for my cat's food. It did a fine job of preparing the food, but was too difficult to clean as chicken is quite sticky, and the thigh meat has sinews which wrap around the base of the chopper blade. The KitchenAid blade unit separates completely from the base and is therefore very easy to clean. And it is very quiet - I often do this project after everyone is my apartment is asleep. It did take a second reading of the user guide to remember that the lid just lifts off - does not need to be rotated! This is a fine, solid, medium-capacity unit.- it is compact, does a thorough job of chopping and pureeing as promoted, and stores easily. I am completely satisfied with this machine. Having had it for a just few months I can't speak for long term durability, but have no doubts that it will last my lifetime - I still use some kitchen equipment that my mother and grandmother owned, so I value longevity as much as functionality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the larger model as well but sometimes it's more convenient to use and clean the small one. Especially for chopping up some garlic and onions for guacamole or some peppers to toss into a spicy dish. Works well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We do a lot of cooking which means we do a lot of food prep. I was hoping this would help with chopping veggies. Turns out it's not what I'll probably use it for but I will use it. It does chop but it chops aggressively so if I want something roughly chopped I'll do better by hand. Finely chopped can be done but carefully so I don't purée by mistake. What I will find this perfect for is sauces and I make a lot of sauces. This is the perfect size and function for salsa, guacamole, dressing, tzatziki, etc. it does a great job. It's easy to use. Most food processors have fussy bases and lids that have to lock in just so and this one was no different. Once you figure it out it's not difficult. I like that the power is operated by hand. Gives me the precision needed to start and stop. I really love the drizzle basin to add oil slowly as things mix. I like that the base has a pour spout. Cleaning couldn't be easier as you can use the top rack of your dishwasher for the base, blade and lid. Storing is also well designed as it's small and the unit has a place to wrap the cord neatly. Overall a nice addition to my kitchen.

I filled it with Oreos to make an Oreo pie crust and it shredded through them with ease. I like how the lid locks down and the thumb a top the handle is easily used to activate the chopper. All the blade and chopping bowl are easily cleaned in dishwasher as well. Finally, there is a lever to adjust speed/result desired.

This is a life saver! I put the onion, tomatoes, garlic .. you name it & in 5 seconds is ready to go to the pan! I love it!!!!!

I've used it to chop up ham chunks for ham and beans, onions and it's perfect for a small smoothie for my husband. I just wish it had a slicing/grater plate accessory, that would make it perfect!

I can easily combine all my vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients in one place and simply chop or blend. I often struggle with large food processers because the blade isn't low enough to chop all the ingredients. This little chopper is the answer! It gets every little ingredient, all the way to the bottom.
