[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect size for me as a single woman. It does a great job and I like that I can just chop or puree. My only issue is that it can be very difficult to get everything lined up just right to make it come on. I think I have it all lined up and in place, but then it won't come on. It get frustrating. I take it apart, put it back together and try again, and again, and again until it actually comes one.

But it was too complicated, had too many parts, and was a real drudge to clean. This KitchenAid model supports all the operations we need, is easy to use, and clean-up is a breeze. My wife (Queen of the Kitchen and CEO of the Department of Food) loves the simplicity, and I (Chief of Department of Maintenance and Cleaning) really appreciate the easy clean-up and the cessation of kitchen complaints. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little chopper. I gave it 4 stars because it's also a weird little chopper. It would be nice if there was something notifying you which way to turn things and most importantly that the power button is on top of the handle and not a button. That being said, this is a very solid built chopper. I love that the cord can wrap into the base. Especially for counter storage. I feel like whomever designed it, but a lot of thought into the placement of things to make it more logical/convenient, but just forgot to send out the memo.

I got the matte black and I love the color. I usually like to put this away but this is so pretty I leave it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use a food chopper pretty often so I was excited to try this one from KitchenAid. Overall, I'm very happy with it but I feel like it took too much effort in the beginning to simply take the top off and put it back on. You would think it would be simple enough and once you've used it several times it becomes easier but I feel like it took me too many attempts to simply get the lid off to wash it so I could try it! However, once I've gotten that down, it chops amazing! I have another slightly smaller food chopper and this one chops and purees faster than my other one. I also feel like it's a little quieter than my other. Obviously it makes some noise but it isn't as loud. Another thing I like about it is that the cord has a place to wrap in around the chopper at the bottom so you don't just have a lose cord in the cabinet. Definitely happy with this chopper and glad to have it but again, the lid can be frustrating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little food chopper has been a great help to me. It was easy to put together, easy to use, and easy to clean. Sometimes a larger appliance is just too much work when you just need an onion or two chopped or a small amount of vegetables to puree. This is small enough to fit easily in a cabinet or even leave out. Easy to hand wash the bowl, cover and blade, or pop in onto the top shelf of the dishwasher. I also like how the cord wraps around the base for storage. Very glad I got it and even a little suprised how many times a week I use it.

It stops every easily to the point where it won't turn in again until everything is cleaned which is frustrating when you have to remove food and then add food for a second step.
