We are very sorry that this was your experience. Given how quickly this, and all, products sell at Sam's Club it is almost impossible that the product was out of date. As with any product you can bring the unused portion of the bag back to any Sam's Club for a full refund. Again we are sorry that your experience didn't meet expectations.
