I was pleased price value, but... the Labradoodles shattered these rawhides into many sharp pieces when trying to chew them. I would not recommend these rawhides because they seem to shatter into sharp pieces.

Got these to try on our adopted pup that loves to chew. Nothing last very long with him. One of these lasted several hours ( w/ supervision). He is past the chewing stage per say but loves to chew. He chews these very well, chews until it softens. I wouldn’t give to just any dog as with any chew. I checked with the company and no chemicals used to make these. My dog likes them, he chews them well and makes me happy he will sit and chew for awhile giving me a break to rest.

Both of my dogs love these rawhides, especially my golden that needs to be chewing something all the time. She has food allergies and stomach issues and these do not bother her at all. I just wish they were available in the store instead of having to be shipped. Even with shipping the cost per rawhide is still cheaper than others.

We all get hunger pains but we dont realize our dogs do to. I use these Beef Hide Chews as a way to keep there hunger at bay till dinnertime, they also seem to enjoy them just for a chew on when they get bored. I also play catch with them with these and they hold up well before they get chewed all up, but fortunately these things LAST! And a long time! Thats what I was looking for in my selection of healthy snacks! My Dogs really do LOVE these Beef Hide Chews!

These are amazing! They are strong and tightly rolled so my dog can chew on one for days at a time and he does not get sick from them or does pieces get broken off and stuck in his throat where as others I was constantly having to pull them out of his mouth. My Dog is a five year old Mix Hound, Dalmatian, and bulldog and he is over 100 pounds. He gets hours of chewing a day for 2-3 days. I do take them away and give a new one every two days or so because once he chews the rawhide down less then a half he starts to work on unrolling it and once that happens he can pull pieces off. These are very affordable as a bag usually last us two months. There are no other bones out there that he does not chew apart in an hour. Even those really big candy cane ones at the holidays and those make him sick. We have been using these rawhide bones for our dog going on 3 years now and so far we have not had any issues with them making our dog sick. However, since he loves to chew the vet said his side teeth are wearing down some in the back, but for us the alternative would be coming home after two hours and the couch would be chewed up!

Our corgi is a chewer, and we made sure no problems with them before we he had one without supervision. We also like the fact that they dont come apart all over the floor like other treats do. So no mess, unless he wants to share the wet part with us.

So you want to know why I always keep plenty of bags of Sam’s Premium Rawhides around my house?! Because my rescue dogs have made it abundantly clear that I had best not come home at all unless I have some of these great chews with me! Hahahaha! And I have BIG DOGS….with BIG TEETH! I listen to my dogs always!

They are great.. But understand they are not your average chew sticks. They are the size of huge raw hide bones. Raine does like them, but she prefers the smaller chew sticks. We use them to calm her down. These large ones she plays more with. They are great though. If you have a large breed dog.. They are awesome.

I have 2 large dogs that love to chew. Most products that are designed for heavy chewers are gone in moments. These actually take a few hours for them to demolish. Often they will work on one for awhile and then come back to it later over the next several days!

We feed 300 pounds of six dogs, and the five big guys love these rawhides. They last about 20 minutes with our two power-chewers, and about two days with the others. The Chi-mix will chew on them if the big guys turn their backs, but an intact rawhide is too big for him straight out of the bag.
