I just followed the instructions and it tastes like lemonade so that's a plus. I like that there is no strange after taste and I do feel more calm than if I was just drinking regular water.

First of all, the drink tastes amazing. I have no problem drinking this unlike some other mixes. The problem is I do not feel any better than before I started taking this. Maybe I need to give it more time, and I will continue to use this to see, but for now it’s just a tasty drink.

I take it at night before I go to bed and can definitely tell the difference when I'm don't take it. I sleep so much better and do not wake up groggy the next day which is a huge plus for me. I don’t feel I’ve tried enough to evaluate the calming effect fully, but it does help from what I can tell after using this daily for one week. It’s main ingredient is Magnesium. I will continue to use this for future calming effects!

When you make it, I don't recommend using a coffee cup as it fizzles up quite a lot! I've tried it with warm & with cold water and it doesn't taste better either way.
