I have always loved Njoy creamer. But I bought some recently and it has no flavor, compared to how it used to be. It used to have a rich, just enough sweet for a great addition to my coffee. It's horrible now! I Will NOT buy again unless you change the ingredients back to when it was great!

I couldn't give two and a half stars. Seems fitting since 50% of the product was damaged when received. Interior box and other box was leaving a trail of creamer. It baffles me why the delivery driver felt it was okay to deliver a "leaking" box. It was obvious the person knew since there was a trail of creamer from the elevator to the lobby of our suite and on the floor where I found the order.

I am allergic to coconut and when they changed the ingredients it really messed me up. The company needs to go back to the coconut free version they had and more people would buy it. This used to be one of the only coffee creamers I was able to use and now sadly I can't.

When I saw this creamer and its price I thought I'd give it a go, especially since it was significantly cheaper per ounce compared to Nestle's Coffee Mate. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. The creamer taste drowns out the flavor of the coffee. Not only that, it has a terrible after-taste. I really wanted to like this creamer, but I now realize it was a big mistake. Not only that, if you are watching your carbs, the label as noted on the web site says 1g of Carb per teaspoon. In actuality, as noted on the N'Joy container, it is 2 carbs per 3/4 teaspoon. Buyer Beware.

Inadequate packaging evidently causes some canisters to crack open during transit. Then you are left with a mess of creamer dust covering all the canisters inside the carton. And you'll likely have a trickle of creamer dust trailing out of one of the carton's corners. You'll probably be able to salvage several of the canisters after spending 20+ frustrating minutes cleaning up the mess. I'm baffled how they haven't already addressed this packaging problem. I would think they've got to be losing money on claims/returns/credits/etc. that surpass whatever is being saved on minimizing packaging costs. Sam's Club or N'Joy just need to shore up their packaging and everything else will be fine.

We use to purchase this product from our coffee service and one morning we ran out, I quickly when to Sam's and once I had the product I started comparing pricing. This was too good to be true by purchasing at Sam's I saved .75 cents on each container, you cannot beat that pricing.

Arrived damaged and destroyed. What a mess! Wouldn’t let me attach photo either. Ridiculous
