This is the second time I bought this and unlike the first time, this batch leaves pieces of undissolved creamer that I have to take out with a spoon. There are better choices for coffee creamer here at a good price and I will be buying one of them next time.

I bought this the first time and it was great. Then the second time was a new formula and its disgusting. I have two eight packs we can't use because it makes us sick.

I purchased creamer from Sam’s Club online. I received my order perfectly shipped, no damage to the creamer or package. I will order again when needed.

Container bottom was broken open so powder creamer everywhere. Too expensive to be out one 16 oz canister. Hey Sams Club, sell it in the STORE. I paid shipping on this and expect it the product to be in tact.

I have ordered this several times and a few times have received product in busted canisters and had to throw them away. This is no reflection on the shipping as the external box was in good condition. This damage was done in warehouse and find it hard to believe that they would actually pack and ship a product damaged but apparently they do. I have received other products damaged as well.

I may be one of only a few who like powdered creamer in their coffee. I don’t care for liquids and especially not for various flavors. I like this creamer better than other brands. It’s creamy without using too much and does not add any off taste to the coffee

I bought these in the afternoon, threw them out the next morning. The worst taste ever. And not just by my standards, a couple of others tasted it as well. I ended up throwing all of them into the garbage. Tastes absolutely like "Burnt pork ribs" I have never had an experience like this with something as highly rated as these. Will stick to the good old Coffee mate!

My wife's favorite coffee creamer but alas... purchasing for the last time you stopped carrying this in the warehouses several years ago and the only way I could get it was ordering it online and being a plus member I got free shipping... and now with your latest benefit for plus member no longer giving free shipping for items like this. I will be paying an extra eight dollars I believe for this item so I will no longer be getting it through Sam’s. Thanks!!

The quality of the product is the same as the Members Mark Creamer. But I really preferred to get the large plastic container that the Members Mark was sold in. It was more convenient to have one large container instead of 8 smaller ones. Plus the paper containers used by N'Joy are much more susceptible to damage from dropping or moisture. I hope Sam's starts carrying the Members Mark Creamer again.

I totally agree with JODI's review of 22 days ago. In January I was running low. I had one canister remaining with a BEST BY JULY 2018 date and a few with a BEST BY NOVEMBER 2018 date. On 01/07/2018 I purchased an 8-pack with a BEST BY DECEMBER 2018 date. The July and November creamers were very tasteful, as this product has been over the past 10-15 years. But when my wife and I used the DEC 2018 creamer the taste was intolerable. To narrow down what was causing this, we cleaned the Mr. Coffee with white vinegar, changed from tap to bottled water, opened a new container of coffee grounds, used 2% milk instead of N'JOY, and opened a different canister of N'JOY. The culprit definitely was the N'JOY. I tossed the remaining 7 and a half canisters. Thinking it was just a bad batch, I returned to Sam's Club on 02/16/2018. However, my Streamwood, IL Sam's was one of the stores that they closed on January 26th so I drove to their store in Addison, IL to buy just another 8-pack . Those were dated BEST BY JAN 10 2019 and this lot is just as bad as the DECEMBER 2018 lot. At my local grocery store I purchased 3 different canisters of coffee creamer. Two were generic brands costing 10.86¢/oz and 15.31¢/oz. One tasted the same as N'JOY and the other tasted worse. The third one was a brand-name costing 20.41¢/oz, which is the only one that passed the taste test. It's too bad about N'JOY apparently changing their ingredients and taste. Their product cost only 7.79¢ per oz.
