The lid on one canister was cracked. I had to trash it for fear that plastic pieces may have fallen into the container.

This is a good product good price but they need to work on shipping...there was busted ones when i opened it.

I have been buying this sugar for years. Have always been satisfied with it. Not this time. Every canister is full of big, hard clumps of sugar. I have to stick a butter knife into the container to try to break up the clumps.

I brought this a few weeks ago. Sam's Club is the only shipper that packages the items where the package doesn't burst and all the sugar spills into the box. I ordered from other suppliers and the sugar always arrives all busted open.

Last time we ordered this for our office they arrived damaged. Pleased to see this time they were sealed in a sturdy cardboard box. Have not been able to find this item in stores for a while now so shipping is the only option.

We are happy with the product, although we did have to ask for one replacement box as all the containers inside were busted and there was sugar everywhere! But we received a replacement box in just a short time.

I purchase this for work and everyone seems to like this brand best. I have had some issues with damaged delivery in the past, but this time it was double packed and everything was in perfect condition.

The product itself is fine. It's the damage during the delivery that sucks & sugar is all over the place. No sense complaining as they don't respond to that either.

this is the second time I've ordered these. The first time they showed a little beat up and slightly leaking. this time they showed up an very poor shape. I reviewed this item last time, and recommended more packing, obviously, no one listened. There was zero packing this time. unless I hear back, I won't order these again!

Sugar fine, price right; but be prepared for “rain” of sugar leajink from thin, extremely snug, cardboard box. Many containers broken at plastic top, with sugar leaking from many containers. Large amount of sugar to vacuum and dust. Mess not worth savings.
