Sugar tubes

One of the containers had no cover so the sugar was all over everything. Basically lost most of the contents of that container. What was interesting the lid was not in the box and this was still in the original box shipped from the manufacturer so it wasn’t Sam’s fault. The containers they come in are very thin plastic.

Package with sugar leakage

The sugar always came with damage. We rejected the first shipment and the secon shipment still has one canaster broken. It has sugar all over the box. This is not the first time that happen. It happen almost every other order we receieved.

Buy in store, not online

I would not recommend buying this product online. It arrived with a few of the canisters being busted open and sugar was pouring out of the original box along with the box it was packed in for shipment. There was no external damage, so the issue occurred pre-shipment. I've purchased in store previously with no issue.

Product is not the problem

The last two times I have needed this product it is no longer available in my local Sam's Club (Ford Road Canton, MI). So I have to order it online, it takes longer to get and UPS really roughs up the product which is poorly packed by Sam's. I purchase this product for resale and prefer this product over one branded "Members Mark".

Rick, we have worked with Sam's to develop a special case orders shipped through Sams.com. This new case eliminates the damages that were occurring when the product was laid on it's side in the shipping container. Shipping is free with a Sam's Plus membership.

Packing and shipping was pathetic. Sugar was busted all over the other products. It was in a huge box with bubble packing. What a mess. Very disappointed.

Sugar Everywhere

We have purchased this product a couple of times. Both times it arrived in terrible condition. Sugar is everywhere. When the box was opened, there was sugar all inside the box and all of the individual canisters were covered in sticky sugar. We had to use a damp cloth and wipe off every one before putting them in the cabinet. The first time, we chalked it up to rough shipping and handling. The second time, we realized that this is just the way they package and ship it.

2nd time I order this way. The 1st time it was damaged and they replaced. 2nd time was damaged I didn't request a replacement because I should have know better. I really wish my local store would start stocking again.

When this was delivered, sugar was pouring out of the delivery box. Several of the canisters were crunched and broken and losing sugar. Some of the canisters were half empty. It was a mess.

This product routinely arrives damaged. The outer box is not damaged, it is the product inside. I generally get about 10-15% damage due to packaging or prior to packaging issues. If it were not for ease of ordering & the cost, I might go out and buy this product in person.

Worst delivery customer that I gave ever received. I I want to delete my membership because of the lack of professionalism with Sams club customer service and Fed Ex! They stated that I placed an important delivery on hold the same day that I ordered it because I went on Vacation?? It took 6 days to get an order that was promised in 2 days.
