Low in calories, high in protein. A little dry, but you can expect that since it's packed in water. All tuna is considered to have high levels of mercury, and should not be consumed by pregnant women or children. Its effect is cummulative, but it hasn't killed me yet, although some may say I'm as mad as a hatter. Seriously, though...my cat won't eat it, but I like it. It's not chicken of the sea, but it tastes like chicken, if a chicken could swim.

I mix this full can with some hellmans and some italian dressing (I am too lazy to mix my own ingredients) and pop it in the frig to get cold. When I get home I pull out a lettuce leaf and plop a blop on, roll up the lettuce and there is a healthy snack!

I usually purchase food products through my local supermarket and even then only buy Bumble Bee tuna products either the Solid White Albacore (in water) or Solid White Albacore (in oil). With coronavirus, I'm limiting my interaction outside and found that this product is a good value comparable to what I'd pay if I left home to go grocery shopping. Not only is the price alright for my pocket, I don't have to leave the convenience of my home.

This is neither solid nor white albacore tuna. First time I've seen something like this when buying solid white albacore. I gave it 3 stars only because it tasted okay. Hopefully the other seven cans are better. The label said this was from Columbia.

I love this tuna but it seems like lately every time I order canned food on line from walmart they are all dented! this is the second order this week that had to be returned. the tuna was just put in a bubble envelope, it should have been packed better

I accidentally bought a different brand tuna one time (Starkist) and thought after taking one taste and discarding it, what happened to the tuna I used to love? BUMBLEBEE TUNA is the only tuna I’ll buy. Yes, it’s a tad pricier, but it’s worth every cent. It’s great! Mix with a little ranch, toss in spinach salad, yum!
