It is not “solid packed” more flaked than solid, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

i buy this bulk size about 2-3 times a month. this is great white tuna meat. good price. not salty. great protein

Bumble Bee solid white albacore is my favorite. The best brand, IMO. Open the can, it looks like a tuna steak. Very fresh and tasty.
