Absolutely amazing!!! I have looked for something similar to sugar since starting Keto, this is a must!! It’s alittle expensive, but worth it if you are striving for a healthier life. The taste is sweet, with no aftertaste. I should also mention that you do have to use a little more than regular sugar.

Loved the "quantity" of the package and the "price" of this ERYTHRITOL sugar "alcohol" which has little, to no affect...on blood sugar, due to it's low glycemic value! And this keeps me from using white, brown sugars and all other artificial sweeteners that do affect blood sugar which raises the glycemic value once consumed!

Disgusting after taste, taste is like fermentation of fruit, I’m from Florida and when we would go by the orange juice factory I smelled the awful smell and when I made my coffee with this, I immediately was reminded of where I smelled that same scent and tasted worse, it lingered even after I dumped my coffee out and rinsed the sink. Disgusting never going to buy again!!! I will use for flys so not a complete waste of money.

Nature's sweetener. I made the mistake of buying xylitol in a large bag and found the side effects unpleasant. It was really expensive, so I'm going to mix a SMALL amount of it with the erythritol as well as other sweeteners to make my perfect blend. I put this in my Foodi and blitz it into a more usable consistency. It tends not to mix well in its granular form. It works well for me. That way, I can easily mix it into my homemade hot cocoa blend. Guilt free way to enjoy cocoa tweaked to my personal liking. It is also an excellent way to use low-fat powdered milk that I get from my local pantry/commodities. I feel that this 4lb bag is an excellent price! I've read a lot of scientific research papers, etc., on this product. In my opinion, it is clear science that this is the best option for health and diabetics.

I was hopeful when this product poured freely from a sugar container, The hopes were dashed when after putting 6 teaspoons in my coffee it was as if I had put nothing in at all. I tasted some and the sweetness lasted a second and was gone. Please bring back Pyure
