Consistent quality and sweetness, affordable

Whole Earth is consistent and sweetness equals sugar for baking or flavoring. Most erythritol is quite course (this is medium). So when baking I grind it in a blade coffee grinder. For sweetening tea or coffee directly one doesn't need to. It dissolves right away. But grinding it when baking gives the product a finer texture. (Usable as is, though.) You can get powdered versions of brands but they tend to cost more so I grind when needed. My preference!

This does not affect my blood glucose at all!

I am thrilled that I have found erythritol!! This does not affect my blood glucose at all! Are use this in baking, oatmeal, coffee, tea, anything hot. It does not dissolve very well in cold drinks. You can dissolve some in hot water and then add that to your cold beverage, it’s a little trial and error as everyone refers their different level of sweetness. Erythritol is definitely not quite as sweet as table sugar. Are use about a teaspoon and a quarter of erythritol for every teaspoon of regular sugar I normally use. If you are concerned about chemical sweeteners you can use this with a clear conscience

Great Natural Sweetener

This is our favorite sweetener! Natural, tastes very similar to sugar with no bitterness, and almost no calories. This brand works just fine, and the bag reseals well so far.

Great product and a stellar deal!

I'm diabetic and can't afford $7.50 for 12 ounces of Swerve. This tastes just the same to me and is a great price for 4 lb of erythritol. Awesome buy, and I hope Sam's carries it for a long, long time!

It just tastes normal now.

Took me a few days to get used to the flavor in my decaf tea. I got there and now I thoroughly enjoy my tea.

Love this stuff but wish it was less expensive. Will look for something that is comparable and order that in the future. Looking at Truevia plant based

Test kitchen needed

I never used this product before and decided to try it for the zero calorie benefit. I used it in two different cookie recipes (fudgey no bakes and pizzelles) both were disasters in both flavor and texture. Information about it online said it could be substituted cup for cup instead of sugar. It is very expensive and all of the other ingredients were wasted as well.

Not sweet at all

This does not taste like a sweetener at all. I used it to make sweet tea and ended up having to add regular sugar because I tasted nothing. The consistency of it would be similar to fairy dust (yes I know fairy dust is not real, but you get my point). I would recommend a stevia and monk fruit sweetener not this.
