It didn't have a watered down taste to it. My little one loved it. I went out and got my little one different flavors to try. They have all been a hit.

Sometimes melatonin in the brain doesn't work right so being able to find a natural safe alternative to help sleep of growing kids is amazing. I will be sticking with this and using as needed.
