I actually started my a lower dose than the bottle said to but it has definitely helped them relax and sleep better through the night. The kids say they taste good and they are easy to chew

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like giving anything to my kids when its time to sleep. I fear it would make them to drowsy or that they would be come dependant. That is not the case with these great bedtime tablets. My kids enjoy the taste and I enjoy the chill time at bed time knowing they are not restless.

I'm writing this review less than 24 hours of buying the Zarbee's Liquid Sleep Drops. I gave the recommended 1ml amount to our son, within 30 minutes he was asleep, fabulous I thought. Until just a few hours later he awoke screaming about his feet hurting. After consoling him for about 20 minutes we were able to get him back to sleep. Again within another 2-3 hours he awoke screaming, this time screaming about his legs hurting too this time. Never again will I administer this to him. As a matter of fact I will be returning it today to the store. Knowing as a mother I inflicted this on my child by administering it to him makes me nothing but sick to my stomach. There was nothing restful about last night, as soon as we got up this morning I started to read other reviews and found one very similar to our experience , I feel it is my due diligence to speak up.

My 5 year old and 3 year old have a difficult time sleeping. After consulting with their doctor, I began a routine of giving this to them every night. Now my kiddos are in bed no later than 8pm every night! We were seeing early morning hours before this product so I give it tons of praise!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 2 kids sometimes have a difficult time relaxing and getting to bed. I tried children's sleep melatonin for my 3 year old and 6 year old. My 3 year old fell asleep great but woke up in the middle of the night upset (im still figuring out her correct dose), but my 6 year old fell asleep easy and stayed asleep all night it was amazing! He now asks for his “sleep medicine” because he loves his restful nights with it.

This has been a go to in our household the last 6 months. My dear 2 year old has terrible issues going to sleep. We would lay in bed and almost be asleep when he would sit up talking a million miles an hour. It's like his brain never shut off. We decided to try zarbees sleep and it has saved all of our sanity. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a seven year old that has sleep problems and it was recommended I try a low dose of children's melatonin. This did help him get a better nights sleep. It's only one gram so you have control over the dose.

My little girl has the hardest time falling asleep at night, and staying asleep all night. These tablets help her tremendously. I give my daughter one tablet about 30 minutes before her bedtime and she is able to sleep peacefully all night. I highly recommend these!!

My son likes to take them actually and it helps so much on school nights. It's hard to get him to wind down before bed at night since I work evenings. Giving him this about a half hour before bed really calms him down. I don't feel like I'm medicating him either since it's natural.
