My son likes to take them actually and it helps so much on school nights. It's hard to get him to wind down before bed at night since I work evenings. Giving him this about a half hour before bed really calms him down. I don't feel like I'm medicating him either since it's natural.

I recently picked these up because my 7 year old was having issues at night falling asleep. I only did one tablet, and she was out in less than 30 minutes! They worked so well, although I don't plan on using them daily..just when she's have troubles . She's not wild about the taste, but I tried them and thought they just tasted like grape. My 3 year old fell asleep great but woke up in the middle of the night upset (im still figuring out her correct dose), but my 6 year old fell asleep easy and stayed asleep all night it was amazing! He now asks for his “sleep medicine” because he loves his restful nights with it.
