A friend was kind enough to gift us a bottle of the grape chewable sleep tablets. They worked the first two nights, our 3 yo finally slept all night but now we cant get her to take it because of the flavor. It's just too sour and too hard to hide in a juice. She can tell when we have tried to sneak it diluted. I wish there was a flavor that was not so intense like the "Flinstones vitamin" flavor for ex.

The instructions are very simple go by the age chart. The smell smelled so good. It had a grape smell and taste flavor. The ingredients were all natural and safe for your kiddos and The dissolvability was OK. I left a few pieces kind of chalky, but other than that, my kids would take them if they need to again. I highly recommend if you're trying to find something for your kids that I give them a restful night. Highly recommend.

My 2 year old (now 3) loves the flavor and takes them without any issue at all. And she starts feeling sleepy in a good time after she takes them
