[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried Zarbee's Kids Melatonin Chewable Tablets with my 3-year-old toddler for free, in exchange for an honest review and I'm honestly impressed. Bedtime used to be a nightly struggle, but now things are finally peaceful. About 30 minutes after taking one, he starts to get sleepy. The grape flavor is a hit with him (it has that classic kid-friendly grape smell and taste), and he actually looks forward to his little “bedtime vitamin.” I also love that it doesn't have any side effects and only has a low dose of melatonin. Since we started using Zarbee's, he falls asleep easily but it does not help him to sleep through the night. It's made our evenings smoother and I highly recommend this to any parent looking for an effective way to support their child's sleep routine. I also checked in with our pediatrician and she said melatonin is totally safe for toddlers but we should always take a break for about a week once in a while.

After getting a recommendation from munchies pediatrician to try melatonin for my son who had a hard time just getting a good night sleep I stumbled upon zarbees sleep. My son takes in nightly and he is finally getting a good night sleep after seven years of struggling. He's waking up naturally and refreshed. A friend was kind enough to gift us a bottle of the grape chewable sleep tablets. They worked the first two nights, our 3 yo finally slept all night but now we cant get her to take it because of the flavor. It's just too sour and too hard to hide in a juice. She can tell when we have tried to sneak it diluted. I wish there was a flavor that was not so intense like the "Flinstones vitamin" flavor for ex.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this 2 weeks ago to help our child start going to bed without melting down 3 hours before falling asleep and it really helped us get our little one to sleep peacefully and in turn we have been able to get more sleep as well.

I bought this a month ago to see if it would help my almost four year old sleep. I kept finding him up in the night playing with his toys, his light on, and messing around. He just wasn't tired and that's all there was to it. The first time I gave it to him he slept the entire night without a stir. It makes him sleepy enough to drift off on his own and relax.

I've used this product a few times now, and I am absolutely amazed by it! Within thirty to forty five minutes, my daughter is sound asleep! She can sometimes have nightmares, and wakes through out the night. All I have to do it give her one of these supplements, and she sleeps more peacefully for the rest of the night! I have been buying this for my little ones for about 3 months. They never want to go to bed at night. With having such a low does of melatonin (which I also take 3mg of melatonin at night) it helps them safely calm down & get some sleep! It has definitely been a life saver.
