These are designed for kids ages 3–12. They worked really well for the younger ones. Within about 45 minutes, they were so relaxed and went to sleep. For my oldest child, it didn't seem to have quite the same effect. The tablets themselves are very small. It was surprisingly tiny to be a chewable and the grape flavor was super subtle, more of a hint than a burst.
