My kids love this stuff, it tastes like candy to them. I use it when we travel and their sleep schedules get all messed up. I give them just a half and it knocks them out in about 15 minutes. My kids are 6, 4, and 3.

I found this product to be super mild and effective. I did not notice any side effects. I use this product only occasionally for help with restlessness. I use it combined with a multivitamin and have had no complaints of side effects from my child.

My daughter has to take these sometimes when she can't sleep and has growing pains. This brand is the only brand she will take because she refuses to take gummies, but she loves the flavor of these chewables!

Bought this for my 3 yr old and every time I gave it to her she had HORRIBLE leg spasms! and she would cry in pain for hours and hours sometimes all night long until the melatonin wore out! It was very painful for her. I threw the pills to the gargabe!
