This product really helped me reset my kids clock to go to bed at a normal bedtime. I was exhausted from late nights and after a week I noticed a difference, they wanted to go to bed at 8 instead of fighting me tooth and nail to stay up. I would recommend!!

I recently picked these up because my 7 year old was having issues at night falling asleep. I only did one tablet, and she was out in less than 30 minutes! They worked so well, although I don't plan on using them daily..just when she's have troubles . She's not wild about the taste, but I tried them and thought they just tasted like grape. Not a bad price and they work!! If you're contemplating trying something, these are a definite winner!!

We don't give this often only when our little one is not feeling her best so she can get a little extra rest. She falls quickly to sleep (atleast 30 mins after consumed) The Zarbees products for us make it feel safe due to the ingredients they use. We will continue to purchase.
