Do not like the flavors

I home roast coffee which means I get green beans as they come from the coffee plantations and roast them at home for the freshest flavor. Pablo's Pride is as close to this as you can get! The flavor is wonderful. When I serve it, people that know my home-roast coffee always ask what kind I roasted. I'm tempted to claim the accolades, but I tell them where to get Pablo's. I wish Sam's would carry their water process decaf, because water process is so much more flavorful than commercial decaf! PLEASE SAM"S do not stop carrying this product!

Great Coffee

This has been our go to coffee for several years. Even had several friends and family members make the switch after having coffee at our home. Since covid, they no longer carry it in store - so I upgraded to Sam’s plus so I could get it shipped as often as I needed. Since then, it’s just different. Bag looks the same but when I grind it- it’s super staticky and sticks all over the grinder and flies everywhere when I dump it in my pot. It also requires more beans to make the same amount of coffee taste strong enough. I finally bought a different brand of bean this week and no static, no mess when grinding or pouring into filter. I’m not sure what changed but we won’t be buying Pablo’s pride anymore.

This coffee is very weak

It’s low in acidity

This coffee is crazy good. Like, I am stockpiling it in case Sam's ever stops carrying it. Like, if I had another son, I would name him Pablo. Ok, but seriously, this is an OUTSTANDING coffee...balanced, medium-strength, smooth, fresh, darn near perfect! I grind my beans fresh each morning and each day, I am happier than the last.

Best coffee ever!

This is a good quality coffee that is not overpriced. It may take a little trial & error to find out how much grinds to use, but this is normal when trying a new brand. This coffee is great using different methods, too. I have used a (real) espresso maker, moka pot, french press, steam espresso maker, & regular drip coffee with this brand, and it always makes a great cup of coffee. Now if only the Sam's Club near my house would stock it... I get around this by just going to another Sam's to buy more, but would be better if my nearest store would sell it.
