This coffee is very good. It has a light flavor and not bitter. I like my coffee strong with creamer and sugar. The coffee seemed weak (even after 16 table spoons for 12 cups). Cut back on my normal amount of creamer and sugar and then the coffee tasted very good (at my normal 14 table spoons for 12 cups).

I was surprised to see it was only available in a limited amount of stores and so happy when I found it online! The low acidity in the coffee has work so well with my stomach. I. Am actually enjoy this coffee in the morning. The flavor is perfect as well. Not a super strong coffee but enough bold flavor to know you are drinking coffee with depth. My favorite!

I bought this a couple of months ago and always a little disappointed that it’s not going to taste like it smells. This is by far the best coffee and taste just like it smells when you open the bag. I would not waiste my money for buying a more expensive coffee when this is by far the best tasting coffee I have ever dranked!

Product does not taste fresh. A friend made me a cup of Pablo ground coffee. Was best cup I’ve had in years. I prefer beans so I ordered whole bean to grind per cup. Smelled great in the bad but taste was disappointing, as I’d product may have past freshness date

Having traveled throughout Central America, this is one of the smoothest coffees I have found commercially available in the states. Great product for the price. I have had better coffee, but this fits my budget and coffee needs well for daily consumption.

The oily beans are simply high quality! I French press using 3 tablespoons of fresh coarse grounds to about 9 ounces of water. A great cup every time! Nothing to not like about this brand. Price, great taste and easy on the stomach. 2 lbs for about $10, you are not going to beat Pablo’s.

Like most coffees I taste, Pablo's has good and great batches. A friend of mine said when he first tasted a cup I brewed (of Pablo's) that it was the best cup of coffee he had ever had. I can remember cups of coffee about which I felt the same way. Again, I get good batches of coffee and . . . average batches. Pablo's is consistently good, and, like a few others I sample, occasionally very good.

My wife and I love coffee. Coffee from beans we grind ourselves. This is a flavorful coffee and in or opinion better than coffee costing twice as much. We will be buying this again and again. At $5.00 a pound it is a very delicious value. We are telling our friends to get some before Sam’s stops having it in stock
