Country Archer Jerky is in the top 3, just below the beef and turkey jerkies I buy in Schulenburg, TX which is the all time best. Sweet, savory, the prefect balance for a jerky. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jerky was pretty good! It was juicy, slightly soft, slightly sweet and slightly smoky. Everything was pretty balanced. If you prefer more real smoky flavor, than this one may be a little too light in flavor for you. It had more sugar than we prefer in jerky, but it wasn't overly sweet. The resealable bag is useful and the higher quality sourced meat is good to know.
