It helps me to stay away from bad food choices by taking off the edge from my crazy hunger around meal time. That way I can make it home and have better options versus stopping at a fast food place! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jerky by Country Archer was delicious. It had good texture and flavor. It did have a pepper flavor but since I love pepper it was great. It was sort of expensive for a somewhat small bag however. It was 100% grass fed beef.

My husband recently tried to make his own beef jerky and it did not go well so getting this to try was right on time. The flavor was good. We will be buying this again for sure. Makes a great snack anytime of day!

It was very flavorful and made for a great snack that is high in protein. I love that it's made from grass fed beef and is free from preservatives and msg.

I am not sure if it was the liquid smoke or exactly what but it just had an off taste to me. However, the rest of my family loved it. I did like the fact that is was made with grass fed beef.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised by the great taste of this product. The jerky was easy to chew and very tasty. Finished off the bag with a cold beer. Great combination!
