Truly the perfect multi vitamin! I started taking a multi vitamin to boost my immune system since I've been getting sick frequently. Since I've started taking this not only have I not been sick, but I also notice a difference in my energy as well as the strength of my hair and nails. These gummies taste great. It's a yummy natural berry flavor. The packaging is sleek and the seal keeps the gummies fresh.

These arrived all stuck together in a big blob. They smell synthetic. I wouldn't order them again.

I've been using these for quite a while, but I'm not a big fan of the texture change. The original version had a gummy consistency and a brighter flavor. The latest version doesn't taste as great and the texture is denser. I don't recall seeing anything on the packaging that indicated a change, so it was unexpected for me. Not sure if I'll continue to purchase them.

I’m on my second bottle. Love the pleasant berry flavor of these women’s multi gummies! Not too sweet and are soft and easy to chew.
