For something so popular you think they would avoid the most common food allergens but they don't! The dosage is about normal for a regular multivitamin but the price and everything else is not worth it. You can find it about anywhere but it's cheaper to buy whatever you need than this multivitamin that taste bad, has a bunch of allergens in it and doesn't seem to help with anything!
