I bought this product to help me sleep when traveling. It puts me to sleep quickly but I don't stay asleep. I feel like it is more for a short flight. I used the product 3 times with the same result.

I was experiencing high levels of stress that impacted my sleep. This helped me relax, fall asleep, and stay asleep most of the time. Taste was decent. I prefer a gummy because I find the easier to digest than another pill. Would recommend.

Very tasty and provides me with the sleep aid that I need throughout the night. Like other melatonin vitamins though it personally gives me vivid dreams. Great to take and wake up without feeling groggy in the morning but more refreshed.

These are really good. I don’t have to use them every night but whenever I’m restless or lately I’ve been waking up in my sleep I take one and i sleep so well. Only have needed to take 2 one time. they also taste realllyyy good.

I definitely get drowsy and fall asleep easily with these most nights. The concern is building a tolerance with something like this. Not sure if I fully recommend because of that.

I'm still thinking on these. I think they are making my body ache the next day after taking but not sure. Could be something else. They do help me sleep but this melatonin makes me dream too much. Other melatonin's don't make me dream this crazy.

These bad boys not only taste great but they knock me right now and KEEP me asleep. I love these for my occasional restlessness or if I need a good nights sleep.

I take two just about every night. Some nights it helps me drift right to sleep and others I am still restless. I think the texture is ok and the taste isn't bad but it's not good either. It kind of leaves a aftertaste.
